The MNC website is an information site with the added capability to join or donate to our organization or to register for events. By using the MNC website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection and Use of Your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our site, MNC may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

- Phone Number
- Membership and donation information. Please note, we do not collect any payment information such as your credit card. Payment information is handled exclusively by PayPal. Please see their privacy statement for further information.
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain capabilities on the site, i.e. purchasing a membership. We do not store any information within the site. Information is managed by the volunteer staff on a need to know basis. Event information is stored on Eventbrite and payment information is stored on Paypal. We have access to the event registration information on Eventbrite and basic information of your transactions with us using Paypal (but not your actual payment information such as credit card).
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
- as needed to provide services, such as when we use your information to generate your membership, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support
- when you have provided your affirmative consent (which you may revoke at any time) such as by registering for an event
- if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases as required by tax law; and as necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as a) providing and improving our services. We use your information (a) to provide the services you requested and in our legitimate interest to improve our services; and (b) Compliance with the PayPal Terms of Use. We use your information as necessary to comply with our obligations under the PayPal Terms of Use.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
MNC does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- PayPal. We share information with PayPal as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under the PayPal Terms of Use.
- Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services, such as Eventbrite which we use for event registration and our hosting provider. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with our services, to aid in improving our services (such as keeping historical event registration information for planning of future events), and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements.
Tracking User Behavior
MNC may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within MNC, in order to determine what MNC services are the most popular and other statistical analysis. We do our analysis only at an aggregated level.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by MNC. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the MNC website.
