Hiking trail in winter
Moebius Nature Center (MNC) is a fun place to be. Located on 44 beautiful acres in Aurora, Ohio we have:
- Trails to hike Map
- A modern facility where MNC sponsored, nature inspired, events and programs are held. You may also rent the Center for your private event. Please note: the building is only open for events and programs.
- A pond (complete with beavers), where Aurora residents can fish (catch-and-release only, please). The pond also boasts a chimney swift tower.
- A picnic pavilion which has a lovely western view and usually a cool breeze coming off Sunny Lake (owned by the city of Aurora and adjacent to MNC) in the summer.
- A pollinator garden and a rain garden. Also enjoy the beautiful flower beds and vegetable exhibits.
- A turtle enclosure and a deer exclosure.
