Are you ready for Warblers?

May will be here before you know it and so will those beautiful, hyperactive and sometimes confusing WARBLERS! You can be ready to enjoy them with our Warbler Warm-Up presentation. Using more than 160 photo's we will review field marks, group birds by color, behaviors, habitat and more. We do a close-up of NE Ohio's breeding warblers and show pictures of other species "just passing through" during migration. There is even a bonus section on Vireo's, birds that arrive at the same time and are the same size. This program is for ADULTS and OLDER TEENS only.

Singer/songwriter Sam Sapp and freelance naturalist Sarah Matheny have worked together to bring NE Ohio residents Songs and “Tails” From the Woods. This is a unique experience for all ages. This "Nature Happening" is entertaining, interactive, and educational as we sing and explore animals and plants of northeast Ohio.

Join local author-illustrator and read-aloud extraordinaire, Eric VanRaepenbusch for a fun and interactive story time. He will share everything he has learned about otters and beavers plus read some of his favorite picture books that feature these amazing animals. If you have seen one of Eric’s story times you know there will be singing, dancing, and laughing too!

RAPTORS, Lords of the sky!

Award-winning naturalist and singer Foster Brown will present his fun facts, high energy, catchy original tunes and stories at the Moebius Nature Center. He will focus on birds of prey native to Northeast Ohio. This will be a family-oriented presentation filled with toe-tapping educational songs, lively storytelling and a live owl named Luna.
